Salary: 1.400€ gross/month + monthly bonus of up to 500€ gross per month (includes free accommodation) or 2.033€ gross/month (without accommodation)
About the Job:
You will work as an account specialist for digital marketing agencies, providing customer satisfaction and growth services. Your responsibilities will include data analysis of campaigns, ROI optimization, and defining digital strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in sales, digital advertisement, or PPC campaigns
- Good negotiation skills or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with social media and online marketing products
- An understanding of the value and impact of good customer experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
