Job Summary

A Consumer Engagement Services Advisor will be the first point of contact for Nestlé consumers, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through various channels. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different brands and written channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Inform customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Treat sensitive consumer contacts with care and follow established guidelines
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written Portuguese
  • Spoken and written English
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and written channels
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with the Nestlé industry is a plus
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
