Customer Support Specialist:

As a customer support specialist at Viaplay, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via various communication channels. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Sign-in: Guide users through account setup and login issues
  • Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems
  • App & Device Support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings
  • Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues
  • Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations
  • Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory)
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred)
