Customer Support Specialist:
As a customer support specialist at Viaplay, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via various communication channels. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and Sign-in: Guide users through account setup and login issues
- Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems
- App & Device Support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings
- Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues
- Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations
- Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory)
- High school diploma required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
- Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports
- Experience in Customer Service (preferred)
