Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support & Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our members have an exceptional experience with our products and services.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer adherence and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by checking in regularly to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Cordially assist new members during their first weeks to help them make the most of our platform, equipment, and services.
  • Analyze member attendance and usage patterns to anticipate potential dropouts.
Your Profile

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships. If you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support and retention or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and exceeding expectations.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
