Job Description

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our EMEA HR Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will implement and coordinate overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and coordinating overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level, including defining, maintaining and continuously enhancing standard processes.
  • Representing EMEA specific insights and perspectives in global project involvement.
  • Ensuring effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
  • Managing relationships with external strategic providers on governance or service delivery level.
  • Collaborating closely with internal Global Vendor Management team on escalations, new demands and/or change-requests.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, human resources management or comparable studies.
  • Minimum of 4-5+ years of service center experience, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in change management and communication.
  • Ability to build strong, productive, collaborative relationships and communicate at all levels in the organization, including senior leaders.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders to accomplish projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in shared services, leveraging new technologies.
