Cross Border Talents is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist French Market to join our Gaming Support team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and fluency in French.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Deliver professional technical assistance for users of gaming consoles and account management issues.
- Support customers with payment queries and troubleshooting.
- Assist with the setup, synchronization, and installation of gaming software and devices.
- Guide customers through purchasing gaming products and provide tailored advice.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Fluency (solid C2 to native) in French.
- Gaming knowledge or experience is necessary.
- Availability to work onsite in 8-hour rotational shifts (Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00).
- EU Member State citizenship or a valid residence card for Portugal.
