Native French Language Customer Support Specialist

We are searching for a qualified Native French Speaker with an advanced understanding of French language and culture to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with French-speaking customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Effectively communicate with French-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints by analyzing the root cause and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records within our system regarding customer interactions and account information.
Requirements:
  • Linguistic Expertise: Possess native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken language skills.
  • Language Ability: Reach a C1 level of English proficiency for successful internal communication.
  • Background: Leverage prior experience in customer service or a related field to excel in this position.
  • Skills: Develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to succeed in this role.
