The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the floors, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met, and providing training and coaching to staff as needed. They will also schedule work to be done daily, monitor the performance of Linen Runners, and coordinate work orders in assigned sections.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide feedback to employees and management. They must also be able to hold daily briefings and cooperate with other departments and outsourced staff.

About the JobThe Floor Supervisor will be responsible for:
