We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Phiture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer invoicing and intercompany accounting, ensuring timely and accurate postings and reconciliations.
Daily tasks include posting sales converters and interface invoices, resolving issues with missing invoices, and analyzing unallocated cash.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will participate in month-end activities such as bank statement reconciliation, sales reconciliation, and accruals posting.
We value continuous improvement and encourage our team members to seek opportunities for process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Invoicing and Intercompany Accounting:
- Posting invoices and manual ICO recharge invoices
- Sending dunning letters to customers
- Daily posting of sales converters and interface invoices
- Resolving issues with missing invoices
- Daily Bank Statements import, posting, and reconciliation
- Cash allocation and analysis of unallocated cash
- Ensuring all bank statements have been posted
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Sales reconciliation
- Accruals posting
- Bad debt calculation
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in finance within BPO/SSC AR departments, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
