German Speaking Sales Development Professional

As a German speaking Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for our client, a leading European SaaS provider. You will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders.
Your primary objective is to qualify potential deals before passing them on to Account Executives. This involves identifying the right contacts, qualifying leads, and ensuring that every interaction adds value to the sales process.

- Qualify leads and ensure they meet the necessary criteria for further engagement
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth
Our client is a well-established European SaaS provider with a global presence and over 30,000 business customers. They offer an award-winning product that has benefited from multiple successful funding rounds.
The company's international hub is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and they are seeking energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join their commercial team.
Requirements:- Fluent German and English language skills
- Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
- Motivated and ambitious individual with a drive to succeed
- Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €36,000-€40,000 basic gross per annum (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€45-€60K OTE).
In addition to the salary, other benefits include a hybrid work model, catered lunch in the Lisbon office paid by the client, private health insurance, 25 days of holiday + public holidays (with option to buy additional days), Well-being days (fully paid days off designed to allow time to recharge and prioritise self-care) and paid parental leave.
