The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices with precision and compliance. They will also update and audit content for upload on social media, ensuring that the service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices with precision and compliance;
- Updating and auditing content for upload on social media;
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client products and services;
- Ensuring service meets contractual KPIs for client satisfaction;
- Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines and data protection measures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level);
- Strong PC navigation skills and adeptness with technology;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to relocate to Porto and work on flexible shifts;
- Work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship).
