Renewable Energy Project Coordinator

We are expanding our project management team to contribute to the development of renewable energy solutions in harmony with nature and local communities. As a key player, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects across various technologies from initial investment decision to commercial operation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure timely delivery and control over project costs.
- Foster effective collaboration among internal teams, external consultants, suppliers, and service providers to drive project success.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive packages for final investment decisions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide regular progress reports and insightful risk analysis to senior management, informing strategic project decisions.
- Cultivate relationships with cross-functional colleagues to identify optimal project execution strategies, balancing risks and changing circumstances.
Requirements include:
Qualifications and Experience- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or equivalent, preferably in renewable energy development and construction.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, planning, environmental studies, or sustainability.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving project targets and milestones.
- Proven knowledge of key financial indicators and their optimization within renewable projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe.
The ideal candidate will possess a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a leadership attitude with an empathetic approach. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, while Spanish and Italian proficiency is a plus. A full clean driving license and experience in quality, health, and safety management are also desirable.
We offer a competitive salary package of €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a benefits package that includes flexible working hours, development opportunities, and initiatives supporting wellbeing and mental health.
