**Alocação no Hotel**

Nós precisamos de alguém para trabalhar em nosso hotel em Lisboa.

O cargo de Rececionista de 2ª é fundamental para garantir que nossos hóspedes tenham uma experiência inesquecível em nosso hotel.

**Responsabilidades do Cargo**

Como Rececionista de 2ª, suas responsabilidades incluirão:

  • Zelar pela correta receção e acolhimento dos hóspedes;
  • Assegurar todos os procedimentos de front office (check in/out, atendimento personalizado, gestão de reclamações, upsellings...);
  • Aconselhar sobre os serviços do Hotel e responder a pedidos de informação por telefone, e-mail ou pessoalmente;
  • Dar resposta aos vários pedidos dos hóspedes e atuar como um elo entre o hóspede e os vários serviços do Hotel;
  • Garantir um atendimento de excelência ao cliente.
**Habilidades Requeridas**

Nós estamos à procura de alguém com:

  • Formação superior ou técnica/profissional na área de Gestão Hoteleira ou Técnicas de Alojamento;
  • Boa apresentação e boa capacidade comunicativa;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de Informática na Óptica do Utilizador;
  • Experiência anterior comprovada em Hotéis de 4 e 5 estrelas;
  • Domínio da Língua Inglesa;
  • Capacidade de trabalho, planeamento e organização;
  • Elevada orientação para o Cliente;
  • Disponibilidade e flexibilidade para horários rotativos e por turnos;
  • Residência em Lisboa.
