About the Role

We're seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Darkroom Agency LLC. As a key member of our growth team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our e-commerce clients through data-driven email and SMS strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with a Retention Marketing Manager to execute email and SMS campaigns for our DTC/e-commerce clients.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts for client retention marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to develop design approaches for campaigns and flows.
  • Write email and SMS marketing copy, build and deploy email and SMS flows and campaigns.
  • Manage the revision and approval process for client emails and SMS messages.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Past experience working at an agency or working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
