We are looking for a skilled Technical Localization Specialist to join our team at Qualitest Group. As a Search Language Specialist (SLS), you will work on a project that aims to internationalize universally used products and enhance the user experience across different languages and cultures.
The ideal candidate will possess native level speaker and writer skills in English and Japanese, along with experience in tech, such as QA, technical support, software engineering, computational linguistics, or technical pre/post sale. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment are also essential.
We provide a competitive benefits package, including a hybrid position with two days in the office, transportation, health insurance, free snacks, food allowance, performance bonus, 14 months salary, psychological assistance, and 24 days of vacation per year.
The SLS will be responsible for working on language tasks and technical tasks, with a comprehensive training program provided. They will also have the opportunity to develop their expertise in linguistic analysis and contribute to high-level language skills.
To excel in this role, the candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
