Inside Sales Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, providing ongoing support to existing customers, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sales pipeline, generating new business opportunities, and supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects.
  • Building close relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to reach sales targets and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Addressing customer concerns and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Generating new pipeline and revenue through customer acquisition.
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that could benefit the customer.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales or other related fields.
  • Language skills: English and German (C1/C2) languages are mandatory. French and Italian languages are valued as complementary.
