We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our Shopping Centre Management team at Sonae Sierra. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing our marketing plan to improve the Shopping Centre's image, attractiveness, customer loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the marketing plan to enhance the Shopping Centre's image and attractiveness.
  • Introduce the Shopping Centre to institutional entities and communication companies to promote its events and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate and oversee events, subcontracting services as needed, and present briefings to suppliers and agencies.
  • Monitor the progress of events and campaigns, assessing their receptivity, operability, impact on the media, and on shopkeepers.
  • Manage the marketing budget of common expenses, seeking to leverage synergies to reduce total marketing costs.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements to make marketing strategies more profitable or feasible.
