ERP Replacement Program

We are undertaking a comprehensive ERP replacement program across 82 countries, aiming to migrate to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This transformation requires a skilled Regional Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Business Process Owner to oversee the implementation, ensuring seamless integration with local inputs.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining the Core Model with local inputs, ensuring it aligns with regional business requirements
  • Mobilizing subject matter experts (SMEs) to adapt macro-processes to local specifics
  • Ensuring the Core Model is respected locally, while adhering to local legislation
  • Streamlining end-user processes through site/operation voice integration
  • Coordinating regional UAT testing of the new ERP Core Solution
  • Managing data migration and cleansing
  • Promoting process adherence and change management

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
  • Proven track record in GBS/Shared Services environments
  • Effective interaction with finance headquarters in large multinational companies
  • Strong understanding of process design, mapping, and improvement
  • Proficiency in SAP and project management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with multicultural environments and change management
