Opportunity Overview
Sodexo is launching an ERP replacement program across 82 countries, migrating to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This ambitious program requires a Regional Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Business Process Owner to support Europe. The Business Process Owner will report to the Global EPM Business Process Owner and ensure that the Sodexo Core Model is deployed and applied within the new ERP.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model
- Ensure that all Region business requirements are considered
- Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts
- Adapt, when necessary, the macro-process to local specificities
- Ensure that the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation)
- Bring the voice of the sites/operation to ensure processes are designed to smooth and simplify the life of end users
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of Controlling or FP&A experience, as well as experience and understanding of GBS/Shared Services environments. You should also have experience in interaction with Finance Headquarter leaders in a large multinational company and knowledge of SAP. Project management experience to manage timely execution is also required.
