Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, leading the development of a new brand identity, managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with marketing agencies, and tracking key marketing metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, including market research to identify growth opportunities and audience insights.
  • Brand Development & Transition: Oversee the transition from the current brand to the new one, ensuring clear communication with guests and stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Implement digital marketing strategies focused on increasing direct bookings and brand awareness, using social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Evaluate agency performance and adjust strategies as needed, ensuring effective execution of campaigns within budget and deadlines.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and optimize conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
