We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the Order to Cash (O2C) process from its inception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize internal billing processes for services provided to other companies within the Group.
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Resolve billing issues or disputes in coordination with sales and customer service teams.
About the Team:">

You will be working closely with the sales and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • ">
  • Successfully completed accounting studies or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within a Shared Services Center or a multinational organization.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus.
