Customer Service Representative for International Logistics

Are you looking to start a new career in international logistics? We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Abroad Experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an internationally operating company and gain valuable experience in the field of logistics and transportation.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can take care of daily incoming orders and calls, register all contact moments in our CRM system, and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B experience, and possess strong problem-solving and anticipation skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Taking care of daily incoming orders and calls;
- Registering all contact moments in our CRM system;
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients;
- Acting on customer complaints and following up actively and accurately with a problem-solving mindset;
- Serving as the primary contact for customers for product and sales information;
- Liaising with various internal departments on stock and financial issues;
- Actively calling customers on overdue invoices and working on a solution to collect the overdues;
- Participating or leading improvement activities which will impact the customer and drive efficiency;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An MBO/HBO education (obtained through education or through work experience);
- Dutch native or near-native language skills; English excellent;
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably B2B experience);
- Strong problem-solving and anticipation skills;
- Well-organized and good at prioritizing tasks;
- Multitasking and flexible; stress-resistant and comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- A strong team player;
- Decisive, hands-on, and a pro-active personality;
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €40,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
