In this role, you will play a vital part in building strong relationships with our retail partners and consumers, delivering personalized support and ensuring a positive experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
  • Proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products to retail stores.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners to communicate performance insights and recommendations.

About You:)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles.
  • Fluent in English & French (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse channels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
