What You Will Do

  • Cross-Sell or Upsell cruise packages and associated products\
  • Customer support for post-booking and booking management\
  • Support travel agents with bookings and booking management\
  • Support customers with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.\

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1)\
  • Advanced level of English (B2)\
  • Has proved computer skills and diligent worker\
  • Has high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset\
