Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German Customer Success Representative to join our team at Spotify. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in Germany, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to unmanaged advertisers placing ads via Ad Studio, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Manage all queries, requests, and feedback received via chat, leveraging critical thinking to craft thoughtful and custom-made responses.
  • Identify sales opportunities and work closely with our sales team to provide consultative support and drive revenue growth.
  • Command and convey key Ad Studio product knowledge to advertisers, ensuring accurate detail and a seamless customer experience.
  • Leverage internal systems to log issues and escalate technical queries to our internal support teams.
  • Work occasional ad hoc support tasks outside of the general chat queue, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Set eligible advertisers up on invoicing and submit ICR's when required, ensuring seamless financial management.
  • Identify and mitigate fraudulent activity, protecting our customers and our business.
  • Assist with general billing queries and process refunds for eligible advertisers, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Native or near-native level German language proficiency.
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide world-class service to new and returning customers.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar customer success role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in advertising and marketing, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change, with a strong team player mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with flawless written communication skills in German on a native level.
