We are seeking an experienced Sous-Chef to join our pre-opening team at Andaz Lisbon. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations and collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop menus and lead the culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen functions, including food preparation, production, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, recipe creation, and supervision of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that food quality and sanitation standards are maintained at the highest level.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen operations to meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous-Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Degree in culinary arts or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
