Malwarebytes is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing product roadmap, development, and support of Malwarebytes Sales infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Salesforce.com applications, including CRM and quote-to-cash solutions.
- Develop and administer custom apps, objects, flows, and data manipulation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve end-user experience.
- Participate in project planning sessions to analyze business and technology requirements.
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Salesforce.com administration or SFDC Certified System Admin.
- CPQ Certification is a plus.
- Experience building advanced validations, rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Proficient level experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
