**Company Overview**

TN Portugal is a leading manufacturer of packaging equipment, and we are looking for a highly skilled Product Support Automation Expert to join our Regional Product Support Back Office Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the operational follow-up of all CCF and AQFlex products throughout their entire life cycle in the ECA region.

  • Secure the operational follow-up & technical support (on the automation side) of all CCF and AQFlex products throughout the whole life of the machines installed in the ECA region.
  • Ensure that colleagues (mainly FSE, ISM, PM, CCM) in contact with the customer are well supported through email, tickets, telephone, and onsite missions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
  • Good level of spoken and written English, with a good level of Italian/French being an advantage for local integration.
  • At least 3 years of technical assistance, field experience, or engineering in packaging equipment (automation side).
  • Electrical fundamentals, including safety equipment, sensors, motion, servo drivers, and inverters.
  • Knowledge of PLC platforms, specifically Siemens S7 SCL-Graph-Awl, B&R, and Rockwell Automation.
  • Application of Root Cause Analysis methodology for issue resolution.
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.).
