Job Description

As our Wellness & Spa Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa and wellness center, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all guests. You will develop and implement innovative wellness programs and spa treatments that align with the latest industry trends, while managing and training spa staff to maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily spa and wellness operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Development and implementation of innovative wellness programs and spa treatments.
  • Management and training of spa staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Collaboration with marketing to promote special packages and offers.

Requirements
