The company seeks a Financial Controller for Group Reporting to join its team, focusing on servicing the Group level financial reporting requirements and forming close working relationships with the wider Finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of high-quality Group consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, statutory, and regulatory reporting deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and financial reporting knowledge within the financial services sector, preferably in the insurance industry. They should have experience in constructingively challenging and analyzing results, with a hands-on approach and keen eye for detail.

A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with good problem-solving skills and a pragmatic decision-making mindset is required. The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholders relationships is also essential.
