Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) to understand and implement product vision and requirements.
- Work closely with project managers and other product owners to meet commitments regarding arrival time, costs, and quality goals.
- Incorporate requirement tickets from the product management backlog into development planning.
- Transfer PLM requirement tickets to user stories, including test cases and descriptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and up-to-date.
- Define acceptance criteria and accept implemented stories.
- Ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features by working closely with the development team.
- Conduct regular reviews and participate in retrospectives to improve the development process.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure product goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Responsible for supervising product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Developer, Requirements Engineer, or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Certification in Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude, capable of translating complex requirements into clearly defined tasks.
- Independent working style and high self-motivation.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA.
- Fluency in English.
