We're seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager trainee to join our fast-growing team at Glovo. As a key player in our partner development strategy, you'll be responsible for onboarding new partners, gathering insights, and creating an exceptional experience for them and our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new partners and providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed
  • Gathering insights from partners to inform product improvements and drive growth
  • Supporting A/B testing for visibility and growth projects across multiple cities
  • Maintaining strong relationships between Glovo and our partners
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive growth and development

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong business acumen and developed communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • An empathetic and inclusive attitude, with a passion for driving growth and development
