We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our advanced geospatial intelligence platform, ATLAS.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, maintain and optimize back-end services and APIs.
  2. Design and implement scalable, secure and high-performance microservices architectures.
  3. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers and product teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  4. Ensure data integrity and efficient processing for real-time and historical geospatial data.
  5. Optimize database queries and structures, ensuring high availability and performance.
  6. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
  7. Implement unit and integration testing to ensure system reliability.
  8. Contribute to code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintainability.
  9. Participate in Agile / Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  10. Monitor and troubleshoot performance and security issues, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in back-end development.
  2. Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  3. Experience building RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL.
  4. Solid experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  5. Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, API security).
  6. Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
  7. Familiarity with CI / CD workflows and version control (Git).
  8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
