About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly professional demeanor. As Front Office Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, training and mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure exceptional guest services.

Main Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead the front office team in providing top-notch service to guests
* Train and mentor staff to uphold high customer service standards
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and address any issues

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a front office role within the hotel industry (shift leader and junior supervisor roles will be considered)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera will be appreciated) and basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite
