About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join our team at a leading social media platform. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and is suitable for all audiences.
  • Identify and report harmful content, taking appropriate action to protect the platform's community.
  • Collaborate with other moderators and teams to maintain consistency and uphold the platform's standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and good command of English (B2 level), enabling you to follow training and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to spot even the smallest issues in content, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive content with care.
  • Motivated to live and work in Lisbon for at least 12 months, embracing the opportunity to explore a new culture and lifestyle.
