We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a leading digital partner in sustainability and efficiency, we empower individuals and organizations to make the most of their energy and resources.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects within an end-user projects team, ensuring that defined project goals, objectives, and performance measures are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and deliver multiple projects to our customers through our Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management System
- Ensure that defined project goals, objectives, and performance measures are met or exceeded
- Identify project issues and put proactive plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner
- Carry out I/O schedules, description of operation, control panel design approval, plant schematics, H & S documentation, O & M documentation
- Procurement of equipment and subcontract installation/panels to meet the project programmed timeline
- Financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly cost to complete reviews
- Attend site meetings with the customer, contractor, subcontractor, consultant as appropriate
- Take a proactive approach to gaining all information required to progress our works

Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred University Master Degree (Engineering and/or Business)
- Portuguese is mandatory
- Be able to speak English. Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to work as an integral part of a team
- Aptitude to stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level
- Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrixial organization
