As a Senior UI Artist at Globant, you'll be part of a team that designs and develops a wide range of games, from VR/AR experiences to AAA blockbuster games.

Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing technical skills and creativity to apply UI design principles, crafting visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
- Designing solutions, assets, and layouts that enable users to perform tasks with ease and satisfy their emotional needs.
- Collaborating closely with artists to maintain a consistent style throughout UI assets, while also working alongside UX designers to guide players' attention effectively.
- Innovating and exploring, while knowing when to adhere to established styles.
- Building knowledge of the industry and the company, participating in opportunities to improve personal UI design skills as well as design processes on the team.
- Collaborating harmoniously with other crafts and exemplifying good communication.
- Participating in sprint planning meetings, design reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
We're looking for someone with a passion for games, imagination, and a love for innovating.
Candidates should have:
- Hands-on experience creating UI assets for casual and/or mobile games (mandatory, around 5+ years).
- Ability to create high-fidelity mockups, screens, and UI assets that clearly demonstrate a very strong understanding of advanced graphic design principles, while still adhering to the product's overall style guide.
- Experience of integrating assets (in any game engine) as sprites in atlases, animations in timelines, properly sizing art and optimizing resources, and building scenes with our editor.
- Knowledge of technical constraints, optimization, and implementation.
- Proactive delivery of artwork to the target device.
- Experience working with version control software in a video game production environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
