Blu Selection is a multinational organization that provides sales and customer service solutions to top prestigious and worldwide brands. We take care of our employees from their career development, language skills, accommodation, and social integration.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package with full-time working hours on rotating shifts. Our fixed-term contract is renewable every year, and we provide an intensive training program to help our new employees kick-start their careers. Depending on the project, you can expect a gross monthly salary of 950€ including free accommodation or 1300€ excluding accommodation.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers. Your tasks will include outbound calls in B2B relations for gaining new clients, supporting couriers in case of problems, and answering incoming queries from customers (B2C). You will identify issues and provide solutions, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, record data in the CRM system, and provide ad-hoc support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you need a native level of German and at least a B2 level of English. You should have knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create, be an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people, and have a drive for excellence and professionalism. You should also be a real team player and committed to your work.
