**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Native Swedish Speaker to join our customer service team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
  • Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems;
  • App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings;
  • Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues;
  • Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
  • Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements;

Requirements:

  • Native Swedish speaker;
  • Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
  • High school diploma required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
