Customer Service Representative for Viaplay – Swedish Language Specialist

As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat, and social media. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about movies, series, and sports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
  • Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems;
  • App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings;
  • Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues;
  • Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for a native Swedish speaker with fluency in English (B2 level mandatory) to join our team. If you have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, we would love to hear from you.
