**About the Role**

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team at Viaplay. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling user inquiries across various communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guide users through account setup and login issues.
  • Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems.
  • Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings.
  • Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues.
  • Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports.
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
