As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.
What you'll doRegistration and Sign in: Guide user's through account setup and login issues;Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems;App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings;Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues;Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.What you'll needHigh school diploma required;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;Experience in Customer Service (preferred).Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
