Job Title: Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a Danish speaking customer service representative to join our team at Viaplay. As a customer service representative, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat, and social media;
  • Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
  • Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, or content playback problems;
  • App & Device Support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation, and device settings;
  • Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues;
  • Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
  • Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
  • High school diploma required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
