**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for Viaplay. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
  • Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems;
  • App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings;
  • Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues;
  • Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
  • Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements;

Your Profile:

  • Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
  • High school diploma required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
