Customer Service Representative for Viaplay

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for Viaplay. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
- Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems;
- App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings;
- Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues;
- Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
- Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements;
Your Profile:
- Fluency in English (B2 level mandatory);
- High school diploma required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
- Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
