Sales Associate Job Description

As a Sales Associate in our Lisbon office, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, email, web contact, and orders. You will also be involved in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities. Additionally, you will call and qualify new potential clients and leads, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions. Your duties will also include up-selling and cross-selling, building and enriching our database, creating business opportunities, and increasing revenue from accounts. You will work closely with the team to share information and provide ad-hoc support. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player and have a drive for excellence and professionalism. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and a native level of French. A good level of English is a big plus.

Requirements
EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card is mandatory. You will work 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts. Your salary will be 1040€ gross/month, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or 1240€ gross/month without accommodation. You will also receive private health insurance after 6 months of contract and relocation support for international candidates.
