Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading sales activities for all Food & Beverage and Hospitality operations.
About the Role
This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to attract and retain clients, increase brand visibility, and ensure the successful achievement of sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing, F&B, and hospitality teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for Amorim Luxury Group's F&B and hospitality operations.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance and revenue trends, providing regular reports and analysis to the CEO. Collaborate with the F&B and hospitality teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.
- Brand Promotion and Market Presence: Represent Amorim Luxury Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, F&B, and hospitality teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and operational goals. Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, including training and mentoring to support their professional development.
- Customer Experience and Satisfaction: Ensure that all interactions with clients and guests reflect the highest standards of luxury service and hospitality.
