Job Description:

The role of a Content Moderator Junior is to ensure that online content meets the required standards. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating content in accordance with our client's policies and guidelines.

Your daily tasks will include analyzing and identifying content that does not meet the requirements, flagging it for action in a timely manner, and reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.

You will also be required to recognize trends and patterns, escalate issues outside of established policies, and use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve user community support.

In addition, you will review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subjects.
