About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Customer Advocate to join our rapidly expanding global organization. As a Community Specialist, you will provide community specialist support for a video streaming platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering on key results like first-time resolution, efficiency, and quality metrics.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers. Italian level C1/C2 and English C1 are also required. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to juggle multiple work streams at once.
