About the Role

We're seeking a Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in Portugal's local market, identifying key prospects, acquiring new clients, and driving market share growth.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of payment solutions, market trends, and business needs. They should be a proactive, results-oriented professional who excels in building relationships and navigating fast-paced competitive environments.

  • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within payments FinTech or related technology sectors.
  • A proactive sales approach, skilled in leveraging lead generation tools and building a robust network.
  • A self-starter, highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented, commercially driven, and able to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills, proven success in closing deals, and handling complex negotiations with confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Flexibility to travel for networking events, client meetings, and business opportunities.
