Beauty Facilitator

About the Role:
You will be working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your focus will be on being the best version of yourself and delivering world-class artistry and customer experience. As a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, you will be expected to pass on your knowledge to customers, recreate the magic of our makeup looks, and provide advice and guidance. You will also be responsible for following the company grooming standards and understanding the vital role you play in the team.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has experience in a sales advisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. You should be passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand and have a desire to be part of a beauty company that disrupts the way it is seen. You will ideally have experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs. You should be flexible to work on a shift basis, including early shifts and late shifts. You will also be required to provide a five-year working and personal reference, as well as a Criminal Reference Check, due to the store being airside in the departures lounge.
